configurazione dei servizi restituisce un perimetro di gara chiaro, articolato in due lotti territoriali distinti ma equilibrati, con una struttura del Bacino Sud Est gi\u00e0 chiaramente definita nella relazione dell\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/mtm.torino.it\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMP<\/a>. Il totale della produzione \u00e8 pari a <strong>16.179.880 km\/anno<\/strong>, con un <strong>corrispettivo annuo di 31.992.825 euro<\/strong> e <strong>ricavi tariffari attesi pari a 17.226.906 euro<\/strong>. Il valore complessivo medio si attesta a <strong>3,04 euro\/km<\/strong>, mentre la <strong>velocit\u00e0 commerciale programmata<\/strong> \u00e8 pari a <strong>34,14 km\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I due lotti risultano costruiti su direttrici territoriali ben riconoscibili, che riflettono la geografia della provincia e i principali poli urbani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il <strong>Lotto Sud Est (L1)<\/strong> copre Alba, Bra, Fossano, Mondov\u00ec e l\u2019area sud-est del bacino. Vale <strong>8.051.434 km\/anno<\/strong>, con un <strong>corrispettivo di 16.252.136 euro\/anno<\/strong> e <strong>ricavi tariffari attesi pari a 8.751.150 euro\/anno<\/strong>. Il valore economico complessivo raggiunge <strong>3,11 euro\/km<\/strong>, con una velocit\u00e0 commerciale di <strong>33,63 km\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il <strong>Lotto Sud Ovest (L2)<\/strong> interessa invece Cuneo, Saluzzo, le valli cuneesi e l\u2019area occidentale. Vale <strong>8.128.446 km\/anno<\/strong>, con un <strong>corrispettivo annuo di 15.740.688 euro<\/strong> e <strong>ricavi tariffari attesi pari a 8.475.755 euro\/anno<\/strong>. Il valore complessivo si attesta a <strong>2,98 euro\/km<\/strong>, con una velocit\u00e0 commerciale leggermente superiore, pari a <strong>34,64 km\/h<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tratta quindi di due lotti non solo simili per dimensione, ma anche coerenti dal punto di vista territoriale e gestionale, costruiti per garantire equilibrio economico e leggibilit\u00e0 industriale del bacino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A differenza di altri bacini regionali, nel Sud non emergono componenti rilevanti separate (come lotti in-house o sublotti di domanda debole), ma piuttosto una forte concentrazione gestionale. L\u2019attuale assetto vede infatti un ruolo dominante del <strong>Consorzio Granda Bus<\/strong>, che aggrega 13 operatori e rappresenta di fatto il principale soggetto industriale del territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il quadro si completa con una dotazione di <strong>308 autobus<\/strong> e <strong>370 PAO<\/strong>, elementi che confermano la dimensione significativa del bacino e il suo peso nel sistema regionale del TPL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nel complesso, il Bacino Sud si presenta con una struttura gi\u00e0 matura: i lotti sono chiaramente individuati, le grandezze economiche sono definite e il territorio \u00e8 stato suddiviso secondo logiche coerenti con la domanda di mobilit\u00e0.
