l\u2019evasione tariffaria. In Italia, i dati disponibili su questo fenomeno sono spesso parziali, difficilmente accessibili e, in molti casi, poco rappresentativi della realt\u00e0. Un limite significativo \u00e8 legato al comportamento tipico dell\u2019utenza evasiva, che tende ad abbandonare il mezzo alla vista del personale di controllo, sfuggendo cos\u00ec alla rilevazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo aspetto genera una sottostima sistematica del fenomeno, in particolare nel calcolo del tasso di evasione, comunemente espresso con la formula:<br><strong>Tasso di evasione = (Numero di verbali emessi \/ Numero di passeggeri controllati) \u00d7 100<\/strong><br>Tale metodo, privo di una corretta ponderazione, restituisce stime poco attendibili e rende difficili i confronti tra ambiti territoriali e gestionali diversi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Una perdita di 400 milioni di euro l\u2019anno&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3f3978478cf5e4b9aecbf31612e6e45a\">Secondo studi condotti da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asstra.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASSTRA<\/a>, il tasso reale medio di evasione tariffaria \u00e8 pari al 19% nei servizi urbani e al 23% in quelli extraurbani, con un valore medio complessivo del 21%.
