Il campione considerato comprende 39 aziende italiane, suddivise in tre cluster in base al fatturato 2023. L\u2019indicatore, che nel 2023 si attesta mediamente al 50,2%, evidenzia variazioni legate a scelte organizzative, politiche contrattuali e differenti dinamiche di costo nel 22 milioni di euro<\/strong>.&nbsp; Per ciascuna di esse si \u00e8 calcolata l\u2019incidenza del costo del personale sul totale dei costi di produzione, osservando i valori del 2014, del 2023, la media del periodo 2014\u20132023 e la variazione percentuale tra il 2023 e il 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignwide size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1622\" height=\"1074\" src=\"https:\/\/www.basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/TAB-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3967\" title=\"\" gruppo, l\u2019<strong>incidenza del costo del personale<\/strong> sul totale dei costi di produzione nel 2023 \u00e8 pari in media al <strong>49,9%<\/strong>, con una <strong>mediana del 48,8%<\/strong>. Rispetto al 2014, entrambi gli indicatori risultano in calo: la media si riduce di <strong>3 punti percentuali<\/strong>, la mediana di <strong>4,3 punti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65ea983987956db7998c2e3ed68b3652\">Anche in questo caso, la distribuzione \u00e8 piuttosto ampia: si passa dal <strong>63,9% di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tpllinea.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TPL Linea<\/a><\/strong> al <strong>44% di <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/movibus.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>MOVIBUS s.r.l<\/strong>.<\/a> La maggior parte delle realt\u00e0 del cluster ha registrato una diminuzione dell\u2019incidenza del costo del personale, in alcuni casi anche superiore al 15%. Solo in pochi casi si osservano aumenti, come quello di TPL Linea e KYMA Mobilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guardando ai dati nel complesso, emergono <strong>differenze nette<\/strong> tra i tre gruppi di aziende. Il <strong>Cluster 1<\/strong>, che riunisce le realt\u00e0 con fatturati superiori ai 95 milioni di euro, mostra una <strong>notevole stabilit\u00e0<\/strong>: tra il 2014 e il 2023, la media dell\u2019incidenza del costo del personale \u00e8 calata solo&nbsp; di pochi punti percentuale, mentre la mediana \u00e8 rimasta invariata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel <strong>Cluster 2<\/strong>, che include aziende con fatturati tra 94 e 52 milioni di euro, la <strong>riduzione \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 marcata:<\/strong> la media si abbassa di circa 5 punti e la mediana di oltre 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infine, nel <strong>Cluster 3<\/strong>, composto dalle aziende di minori dimensioni, \u00e8 possibile trovare, una contrazione di quasi il 6% sia nella media sia nella mediana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi dati suggeriscono che le aziende pi\u00f9 piccole potrebbero aver modificato in misura maggiore la propria struttura dei costi, con una riduzione pi\u00f9 diffusa dell\u2019incidenza del personale.
