Il campione considerato comprende 39 aziende italiane, suddivise in tre cluster in base al fatturato 2023. L\u2019indicatore, che nel 2023 si attesta mediamente al 50,2%, evidenzia variazioni legate a scelte organizzative, politiche contrattuali e differenti dinamiche di costo nel con valori compresi o tra 94 e 53 milioni di euro. Rispetto al 2014 (media 54,7%), si osserva una riduzione media di 5,3 punti percentuali, mentre la mediana cala di 6,5 punti. Il dato suggerisce una tendenza generale alla diminuzione dell\u2019incidenza del costo del personale su questa fascia di operatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ac2c23026805c86c1db710b9b206f6b6\">L\u2019azienda con l\u2019incidenza pi\u00f9 alta nel 2023 \u00e8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amat.pa.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AMAT S.p.A.<\/a> (Palermo) con il 61,8%, seguita da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.atmmessinaspa.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AZIENDA TRASPORTI MESSINA s.p.a <\/a>con 61,5% e AMTS s.p.a con 59,5%. All\u2019estremo opposto si collocano START ROMAGNA s.p.a con 43,9% e BUS COMPANY con 43,6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La maggiore <strong>stabilit\u00e0<\/strong> dell\u2019incidenza del costo del personale nel <strong>Cluster 1<\/strong> pu\u00f2 dipendere da una struttura aziendale pi\u00f9 consolidata e meno flessibile, con minori variazioni organizzative nel tempo.
