<strong>2024 <\/strong>vedono in testa <strong>Trenitalia<\/strong>, il principale operatore italiano, <strong>seguito <\/strong>dalla compagnia ceca <strong>RegioJet<\/strong> e dall&#8217;operatore austriaco <strong>\u00d6BB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Considerando come indice di prezzo l&#8217;\u20ac\/km per operatore, SBB, Eurostar e GWR risultano essere le aziende pi\u00f9 costose in Europa. Il confronto dei prezzi dei biglietti per le stesse rotte mostra notevoli differenze. Sulla tratta Milano-Roma, Italo offre tariffe 1,2 volte inferiori rispetto a Trenitalia. Analogamente, le tariffe di Flixtrain per la tratta Berlino-Amburgo sono 5,5 volte inferiori a quelle di DB.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dall&#8217;analisi non emerge <strong>alcuna correlazione <\/strong>tra gli<strong> indici di prezzo e gli altri criteri di valutazione<\/strong>, <strong>ad evidenza del fatto che prezzi pi\u00f9 alti non siano garanzia di una maggior qualit\u00e0 del servizio.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sette operatori<\/strong> &#8211; BDZ, CP, Hellenic Trains, Italo, PKP, Trenitalia e SJ &#8211; si distinguono per l&#8217;offerta delle <strong>tariffe speciali <\/strong>e <strong>scontistiche <\/strong>pi\u00f9 vantaggiose. Al contrario, gli <strong>operatori <\/strong>ferroviari <strong>low-cost<\/strong> come <strong>Flixtrain <\/strong>e <strong>Ouigo <\/strong>presentano le <strong>offerte speciali meno allettanti<\/strong>, in linea con il modello di business a basso costo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&#8217;affidabilit\u00e0 <\/strong>del servizio \u00e8 un altro fattore <strong>fondamentale <\/strong>per i consumatori, <strong>tra i 25 operatori di cui erano disponibili i dati sulla puntualit\u00e0, solo 8 (il 32%) hanno raggiunto un tasso di puntualit\u00e0 superiore all&#8217;80%, <\/strong>considerando una soglia di cinque minuti al momento dell&#8217;arrivo a destinazione.
