Of these, 54% are urban buses, and 46% for intercity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-59.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1329\" style=\"width:816px;height:283px\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-59.png 1000w, https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-59-980x340.png 980w, https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-59-480x167.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1000px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>State resources for the purchase and replacement of the means of transport, in the course of the last 20 years, have undergone a sudden braking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We passed, in fact, from the more than 2,300 million euros in the period 1997-2011 to 495 million euros in the period 2012-2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>As can be seen from the two graphs, there is a perfect correlation between the funds made available to the companies of the TPL for the purchase of buses and the number of registrations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Politics have influenced and will influence future investment companies TPL<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"516\" height=\"463\" src=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-60.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1330\" style=\"width:312px;height:281px\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-60.png 516w, https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-60-480x431.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 516px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"574\" height=\"323\" src=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-61.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1331\" style=\"width:395px;height:223px\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-61.png 574w, https:\/\/basco-t.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-61-480x270.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 574px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/beea2b_74b7c46d8b4f4db692df46f9298f2a8f~mv2.png\/v1\/fit\/w_510,h_54,al_c,q_80\/file.png\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:385px;height:41px\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, the main source of investment comes from the PNRR that contains the whole of the pillar <em>\u201cRenewable energy, hydrogen, network, and sustainable mobility\u201d from \u20ac23,78 billion<\/em>the funds dedicated to sustainable development of the local transport (\u20ac 3,64 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The measure provides three operations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Renewal of the fleet of buses with vehicles with low environmental impact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewal of the fleet of trains for regional transport and intercity transport with alternative propulsion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renewal of vehicles of the Fire Brigade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The renewal of the fleet with buses with a low environmental impact is accelerating<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the implementation of the National Strategic Plan for Sustainable Mobility and provides for the gradual renewal of the bus for the local public transport and the creation of charging infrastructure dedicated to it. In particular, it is planned to purchase by 2026 about 3.360 bus low emissions. About a third of the resources will go to the main Italian cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Are 1.9 billion euros, the funds allocated from the PNRR (National Plan for Recovery and Resilience) for the purchase of electric buses and hydrogen in large Municipalities. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A measure that aims to promote sustainable mobility, which is the way to move linked to the concept of sustainability, territorial, and oriented towards the reduction of the risk of pollution, the protection of health and of public space as a common good, and toward energy saving. Di questi, il 54% sono autobus urbani e il 46% interurbani.\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/beea2b_9afba7a878fd46099ce45c4aecdf49a3~mv2.png\/v1\/fit\/w_1000,h_400,al_c,q_80\/file.png\"><\/figure>\nLe risorse statali per l\u2019acquisto e la sostituzione dei mezzi di trasporto, nel corso degli ultimi 20 anni, hanno subito una brusca frenata.\n\nSi \u00e8 passati, infatti, dagli oltre 2.300 mln\u20ac del quadriennio 1997-2011 ai 495 mln\u20ac del quadriennio 2012-2016.\n\n<strong>Come si evince da i due grafici esiste una perfetta correlazione tra fondi messi a disposizione alle aziende di TPL per l\u2019acquisto di bus e il numero di immatricolazioni.<\/strong>\n<blockquote><strong>Le scelte politiche hanno influenzato e influenzeranno in futuro gli investimenti delle aziende TPL<\/strong><\/blockquote>\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/beea2b_3c75e00152ee4cb6be01a3811c6c598a~mv2.png\/v1\/fit\/w_516,h_463,al_c,q_80\/file.png\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/beea2b_5f821924cb45407fa9b3079a63759200~mv2.jpg\/v1\/fit\/w_574,h_323,al_c,q_80\/file.png\" alt=\"Dati ed elaborazioni Basco&amp;T Consulting\"><\/figure>\n<figure><img src=\"https:\/\/static.wixstatic.com\/media\/beea2b_74b7c46d8b4f4db692df46f9298f2a8f~mv2.png\/v1\/fit\/w_510,h_54,al_c,q_80\/file.png\"><\/figure>\nAd oggi, la maggiore fonte di investimenti proviene dal PNRR che contiene, all\u2019intero del pillar <em>\u201cEnergia rinnovabile, idrogeno, rete e mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile\u201d da \u20ac23,78 miliardi<\/em>, i fondi dedicati allo sviluppo sostenibile del trasporto locale (\u20ac 3,64 miliardi).\n\nLa misura prevede tre interventi:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Rinnovo flotta autobus con mezzi a basso impatto ambientale<\/li>\n \t<li>Rinnovo flotta treni per trasporto regionale e intercity con mezzi a propulsione alternativa<\/li>\n \t<li>Rinnovo parco veicoli dei Vigili del Fuoco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIl rinnovo della flotta con autobus a basso impatto ambientale avviene accelerando\n\nl\u2019attuazione del Piano Strategico Nazionale per la Mobilit\u00e0 Sostenibile e prevede il progressivo rinnovo degli autobus per il trasporto pubblico locale e la realizzazione di infrastrutture di ricarica dedicate. In particolare, \u00e8 previsto l\u2019acquisto entro il 2026 di circa 3.360 bus a basse emissioni. Circa un terzo delle risorse sono destinate alle principali citt\u00e0 italiane.\n<blockquote><strong>Sono 1,9 miliardi di euro i fondi stanziati dal PNRR (Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza) per l\u2019acquisto di autobus elettrici e a idrogeno nei grandi Comuni. <\/strong><\/blockquote>\nUna misura che mira a incentivare la mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile, ovvero il modo di muoversi legato al concetto di sostenibilit\u00e0 territoriale e orientato, quindi, verso la riduzione dei rischi di inquinamento, la salvaguardia della salute e dello spazio pubblico come bene comune, e verso il risparmio energetico.
